Working out with Lola...

Lola finds it very important to stay fit.  She employs a variety of workouts.  Here she is practicing a modified upward facing dog yoga position:


Here is a selection from her upcoming workout DVD:

1. Will yourself to grab your feet by staring at them intently:

2. Grab feet, then release


3. Repeat step 2, but get feet closer to your ears


4. Relax (drool optional, but recommended)
