It's so nice that Lola can help around the house. She does laundry - including adding things to the washer that she thinks need to be cleaned (toys, sippy cups, I think maybe a domino). She also does a great job with dishes. She likes to help hand me silverware to put away.
But today, well... I know her help is well-intentioned, but I walked in to this sight this AM:
 |
| Hmm...Lola's favorite book. An open cupboard. An open dishwasher. No Lola. Not a good sign. |
 |
| Ahhh, I see. The soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil needed to be washed? |
 |
| Lola to the rescue! |
Ted will be adding to the cupboard latch collection today (we add them as she gets interested in new areas. Probably not the best approach.)
Ah yes--another early riser (until she starts to school).
ReplyDeleteI mean really, when was the last time you washed your soy sauce? She's just trying to keep your place ship-shape.
ReplyDeleteWe had an alternate baby proofing strategy - strategic removal. A friend commented later on our lack of furnishings, "Oh I thought you just had a really minimalist style".
