Today was Lola's first pumpkin patch experience, and I think she enjoyed it! We met Michelle and Seamus (who will most likely live in a house of hazelnuts some day) and explored Fir Point Farms. It was clear that there are several things that will be more fun next year (hayrides, goats, bunnies, and chickens to feed, the corn cannon, etc.), but it was a beautiful day and lots of fun. We even let Lola guide us through the corn maze (maize?) - her sense of direction is far superior to mine. I just kept tripping on corn stalks.
Cute cute cute!!! I'm jealous of your baby daddy's mad photography skills. That shot of you and Lola in the corn is adorable! SO fun to see you guys. Hope you are surviving and perhaps enjoying (a teeny bit?) your trip.
