1 year checkup...

In between birthday parties (see below, and above), Lola made some time for her 1-year checkup.  She is in great health, and is 29.75 inches tall, and weighs 18.1 pounds (69th percentile for height, 6th percentile for weight).  She got 4 shots, and one of the nurses was thoughtful enough to tell me that Lola may be upset with me, because now she is old enough to recognize that I was the one holding her down while she got the shots.  Awesome!  Luckily, Lola didn't seem to bear too much of a grudge (although she did get me sick, so maybe I have just ignored a developing vengeful streak).
