Mother's Day is something I waited to celebrate for a very long time, and it is never a letdown. This year Lola and Ted made me an awesome card and we had a great day - sleeping in, a haircut for Lola, trips to the park, some yummy meals, and flowers for me from my sweet mom. We also went to Chuck E. Cheese, where Lola got a little stuck in the kid habitrail, and we had to talk her down (I, of course, stopped to take a photo first - a good mom, that's me!).
A belated Happy Mother's Day to all my mom friends and of course, my kick-ass mom and mother-in-law (Darlene). And to you Granny, thanks for making the woman who made me so I could make Lola. I'm glad you're reading the blog!
